Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged only on orders shipped to Florida. Sales tax will automatically be added to your order when applicable.

 

Order Status

Orders are shipped after credit card approval and billing address verification is received. If your item is temporarily out of stock it will be shipped within 7-21 business days. Please e-mail us at customerservice@angellegs.com, if your order has not been received within the scheduled delivery time frame and you would like us to track your shipment. The shipping guide below will help you determine when you can expect delivery of your merchandise. Please note that the delivery time frames are based on the date the order was shipped not ordered.

7-14 business days from when your package leaves our warehouse



In the event that an item you ordered is backordered, the rest of your order will be shipped and you will be notified of the backorder via email. You will be given the option to wait for the item or to cancel the backorder. Your backordered item will be shipped to you at no additional shipping charge. Although we keep most of our merchandise in stock, we sometimes run through a particular item quicker than we can receive it.

 

Product Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we will gladly assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.

 

Returns

If something is not right for you, send it back postmarked within 30 days of purchase.

 

Condition

All returned items must be in the same condition received. Items must be unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Please mail your package via insured and prepaid mail. We are not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen or damaged. We will send you a confirmation email once we receive your return and again when your credit or exchange has been processed. Please allow 3 weeks to process your return. In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will ship your exchange for the same item, color and size back to you at our expense. All other exchanges are subject to our standard shipping fees. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges, or return postage.
